TRAFFIC DISRUPTED
OVER FRENCH RAILWAYS Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, July 28. Railways in occupied France, carrying war material for the enemy, were disorganised last night by aircraft of the Fighter Command. Engine after engine drawing goods trains on a network of railways around Paris and the big industrial area of Lille were shot up. Many were disabled, and their long lines of wagons blocked the permanent ways, throwing the traffic out of gear for miles.
