DISTRIBUTION OF EGGS
For some time eggs have been very scarce, but with the flush of the season now coming on the public may expect better supplies through retail shops. Mr. Bert Turner, of Turners and Growers, explained a zoning system which has been arranged, of which his firm is handling a large proportion of the distribution in the Auckland metropolitan area. This is of particular interest to poultry keepers who will now come under the marketing regulations. The firm of Turners and Growers for many years has given special attention to the distribution of eggs, and has a time-saving patent crate which is supplied free to distributors; it also has a speciallv constructed egg-grading floor witii most] modern egg-grading machinery, and, of course, under the control of men and women who have been trained in the class of business.—(P.B.A.).
