Can you give the reason for the changing dates of Easter and also the date of Easter Sunday foi*lfeome years ahead? J. W. NAUGHTON.
[The date of Easter Sunday is governed by the first full moon after the vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere, and the following table shows the date upon which Easter Sunday will fall up till 1958, inclusive. The list should be clipped out of these columns, pasted oh a stiff card, and retained for future reference:—l 943, April 25; 1944, April 9; 1945, April 1; 1946, April 21; 1947, April 6; 1948, March 2S; 1949, April 17; 1950, April 9; 1951, March 25; 1952, April 13; 1953, April 5; 1954, April 18; 1955, April 10; 1956, April 1; 1957, April 21; 1958, April 6.—EdJ
