TRANSPORT CONTROL
Assumption of authority over the carriage of all goods other than livestock by motor vehicle is announced by the Goods Transport Control Committee, which directs that for the present all persons affected by the Transport Control Emergency Regulations, 1942, may carry on their operations without the necessity of making application to it for specific permission, which may be withdrawn wholly or in part by advertisement. The district comprises the city of Auckland, Eden and Manukau counties, part of the county of Waitemata, and all boroughs and districts within them, including the borough ,of Papakura.
