NOW OUR SWEETS

M ho was it said we must all make sacrifices in this war, but it seems to me it's the women and little children who are having to make all those sacrifices. First it was their iruit and vegetables, then their honey and brown sugar, now it is their chocolates and sweets. We are told on going in to buy a few sweets that they are out of stocks ami no J»»re ai 'e being made on account of tne short sugar supplies, yet men I ' l S i mto hotels are not being told that their beer is in short supply and no more is being made. Equality tor both should be our slogan in this struggle, but it seems to me these sacrifices are all right so long as the men do not have to make them JUST ANOTHER WOMAN.
