Gqss, New Zealand .relinquishes the appointment of liaison officer at headquarters of the Supreme Command, Anzac Area, and is appointed AssistantChief of the General Staff, Army Headquarters, retaining the temporary rank of brigadier. Lieutenant-Colonel C. S. J. Duff 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary For ce, Lieutenant-Colonel (Temporary) G. Lyon, and Major (Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel) E. J. Phillips, New Zealand Artillery, respective commanders of artillery in three dvisions, are granted the temporary rank of colonel while so employed.
