Lieutenant-Colonel C. S. J. Duff 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary For ce, Lieutenant-Colonel (Temporary) G. Lyon, and Major (Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel) E. J. Phillips, New Zealand Artillery, respective commanders of artillery in three dvisions, are granted the temporary rank of colonel while so employed.
