PERMITS TO BOARD SHIPS
(0.C.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. In future any person other than passengers going on board interlsland passenger vessels or any ship sailing between New Zealand and Australia will be required to show a permit to guards, who will now be placed at the gangwavs of such ships.
