Rec. noon. MEXICO CITY, July 22

The chief of the postal service has disclosed that many thousands of packages of Nazi propaganda literature, attacking President Roosevelt and President Comacho of Mexico, are arriving in Mexico by way of Argentina. He asserted that there will be the strictest vigilance to prevent the distribution of the major portion of the propaganda.
