FUEL CONTROL ORDER
Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 19. Under the Control of Fuel Order, which comes into force on Monday' specific direction will be issued by the Minister of Fuel and Power as to supply and consumption of coal, coke, oil, wood fuel and specified liquid fuels. Among other things the directions can specify purposes for which fuel is to be supplied or consumed. Power is given to police or authorised persons to enter and inspect premises to ensure the directions are being obeyed.
