FOR THE FORCES

Provision has been made for a special issue of 15 clothing coupons to next-of-kin of members of the New Zealand forces, which may be used to supply the men in camps or overseas, other than prisoners of war. Holders of coupons may make any use of them they wish in the purchase of rationed materials or manufactured articles of attire. It is intended by this issue to enable next-of-kin to supply friends and relatives in the forces with underclothing. The coupons, which have been issued at all air force stations and to most army units mav be used immediately, and no time limit has been fixed respecting cancellation. Next-of-kin of overseas forces applying for the coupons are required to give particulars of the person on service and there own address in the applications, which are forwarded to Wellington.
