PRIVATE CAR ALLOWANCE HAIiF OP COUPON THIRTEEN. (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. It was announced by the Minister of Supply, Mr. Sullivan, that coupon No. 13, redeemable at half its face value, will be the petrol allocation for private car owners for the month of June, which is the same as the allowance for May. Mr. Sullivan added that the present and prospective future stock position made in unlikely that it would be possible to issue a full coupon for some considerable time. Half the face value of one coupon will be one gallon, one gallon and a half, and two gallons, according to the size of the car.
