JAP.-SOVIET RELATIONS Rec. 1.30 p.m. LONDON, May 28. In a speech on relations between Russia and Japan, General Tojo Prime Minister, said that these had not changed since the outbreak of war in greater East Asia. The Russians recently reaffirmed their intention to regulate relations with Japan by a neutrality pact. "With the progress of the war," said Tojo, "enemy countries will presumably intensify their insidious manoeuvres to alienate Russia from Japan. There is, however, no chance of such an intrigue bearing fruit as long as Russia maintains her attitude."
