PAYMENT TO P,E SECURED Rec. noon. CANBERRA, this day. The Assistant-Minister of Commerce, Senator Eraser, announced that arrangements are being made to enable Japan to pay to Australia £260,000, an amount owing for wheat Japan bought from Australia before the outbreak of war.
