HAND BLOWN OFF
(P.A.) DAXXEVI RKE, Thursday. Through an accident caused by an explosion, Sergeant J. S. Stephen's, of Miramar, Wellington, had his right hand blown off during a military display in Dannevirke promoted for the sale of Victory Bonds. He was on top of the Dc Luxe Theatre at the time of the occurrence.
