AUCKLAND DOCTOR

APPOINTED BRIGADIER Colonel H. S. Kenrick, C.8.E., wellknown Auckland doctor, has been appointed Director of Medical Services, New Zealand Division, according to advice 1 eceived by his wife, Mrs. Kenrick, of Auckland. He has been granted the temporary rank of brigadier. Ai.t.r going overseas in 1940 he played an • important pail in admmii.n ating the Expeditionary Foices hospital services. Brigadier Kenrick served in the last war and afterwards gave his knowledge and experience to the Territorial forces. For several months after war broke out he was Assistant-Director of Medical Services, Northern Military District. Prior to his new appointment, Brigadier Kenrick was Assistant-Director of Medical Supplies, New Zealand Division. •
