DIVIDENDS PROPOSED
The directors of New Zealand Breweries. Ltd.. recommend a final dividend for the year ended 31 ° f per cent, making 6 per cent for the year. This compares with 7',i per cent laat year and BVx per cent In 1940. j. «j c Holdings, Limited, propose a final dividend at the rate of 6 per cent per annum on both ordinary and preference shares for the half year ended April 30. making %\' z per cent for the 13 months ended April 30. The rate Is unchanged.
