MILK COUNCIL.
NEW MEMBER WELCOMED
The chairman of the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council, Mr. I. J. Goldstine, at a meeting of the board this morning, welcomed Mr, A. Thompson, representing the venders, who took his seat for the first time. Mr. Thompson was elected to the council at a by-election held last Wednesday, and he succeeds the late Mr. J. Haslam.
