POLE'S FAITH IN BRITAIN. British Official Wireless. (Reed. 2 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 25. M. ilackiewicz, President of Poland, is completing a tour of Polish units in the west country. He visited Polish destroyers and, addressing officers and men of the Polish depot ship Gdynia, the President said: "Poland ie suffering, but she has not a-bandtmed the hope of throwing off her chains." _
