AGREEMENT REACHED Reported Withdrawal Of French Forces. CniW Press Association.—Copyright. (Reed. 2 p.m.) LOXDOX, Sept. 25. It was officially announced at Hanoi that the Frcndf withdrew from Langson while tne Japanese were encircling them with superior numbers. The French Foreign Ministry announced that Major-General Niehlhara, bead of the Japanese mission to IndoChina, has negotiated the terminatioa of Japanese aggression at Doagdang; thus ending the border fighting.
