Midland (Curran) gave a dashing exhibition over two flights of hurdles. Midland is looking a picture and should take a power of bea'ting in the hurdles at Paeroa on Saturday. Later Midland was associated, with Cappy and Abbey King over a round in 2.5%. Cappy finished in front of Midland, with Abbey King, who was making a decided noiae, bringing up the rear. Gael (Howard) Jumped two fences dashingly. Inness Lad (Goulsbro) and Black Musk (Muir) were associated over four hurdles and gave a good exhibition, thait of Black Musk being a big improvement on that of Tuesday.
