WAIKATO SHOW.
FIXTURE IN NOVEMBER. < HAMILTON, Wednesday. Arrangements are well advanced for the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association's 49th annual show, which will be held at on Friday and Saturday, November 1 and 2. Over £1500 in prize money and trophies will be offered.
Classes are provided for horses, cattle, pigs, sheep and poultry, while there will be sheep dog trials and dancing competitions. The Hamilton Kennel Club's 20th annual show will be held in conjunction with the fixture. Entries for the association's show close on October 19. The 17th Medium Battery, now encamped at Claudelands, will vacate the grounds a week before the show opens.
