FOUND SHOT.

SHEPHERD NEAR TAIHAFE. TAIHAPE, Tuesday. With a shot wound in the head and a gun lying at the feet, the body of Ronald Claries Gardiner, aged 24, a shepherd employed on the Burridge Estate, at Moawhango, near Taihape, was found this morning in a water table near the men's living quarters. Giving evidence at the inqueet Frederick Leighton, manager of the e&tate, said that deceased was inclined to be nervy at periods. Letters to his father and fiancee ehowed that deceased was worried about bis health, and feared that he would be unable to support a wife. The inquest was ad : ourned.
