FIRST FIELD REGIMENT.
The First Field Regiment (Territorials), commanded by Lieut.-Colonel P. C. Soar, hae completed the first month of its intensive home defence training and will entrain for Rotorua 011 Monday, where it w'll go under '•anvas for" the next two months. The First Field Company, New Zealand Engineers, who for the laer month has been parading daily at the Ellerelie racecourse, is to take up training at Avondale in succession to the Firet Field Regiment.
