RACE DATES CHANGED.
WHANGAREI MEETING. WHANGAREI, this day. The Whangarei Racing Club's spring meeting will be held at Kensington Park on Friday and Saturday, December 6 and 7, instead of on November 1 and 2. Information that the alteration in the dates had been approved by the New Zealand Racing Conference was received this morning by the secretary, Mr. F. L. Gunn. The occupation of Kensington Park by the military authorities as a camp for the North Auckland Regiment of territorials being scheduled to commence there on October 1 made necessary application for change of date or venue.
