NEW DRY DOCK.

FILE DRIVING STARTED. SYDNEY, Sept. 10. Pile <1 riving for tlie construction of the new battleship graving dock between l'otts Point and Garden Island lias begun. A new road along the harbour foreshore from Woolloomooloo tip to Billyard Avenue, Potts Point, is to be made part of the roadway of the dock. This road has been planned by the Sydney City Council for some years to provide a new arterial traffic outlet through the congested Potts Point area to the eastern suburbs. The City Council has been asked to construct new roadways leading to the dock.
