USE ON WAR CERTIFICATES. HOB ART, September 19. State schools in Tasmania in two 'months contributed nearly £13,000 to I the Australian Government in the form 'of war savings certificates. In addition, considerable sums were contributed to i other patriotic funds. r The Minister of Education; Mr. Ogilvie, said the response was far beyond expectations.; The liberal contributions the children were making served the purpose of developing thrift, co-opera-tion and national service.
