Prominent Derby candidates will compete in the Rosehill Guineas. Beau Vite ran seven furlongs in 1.27% at Randwick to-day. Others who showed to advantage were Hope, Mildura, Mosaic, Tidal Wave. Flying Knight, Panchio, Buzalong and Reading. The last-named, ■looking in superb condition, worked convincingly. Beaupartir has not been working well and is under observation by a veterinary surgeon. Ellis has been engaged to ride Early Bird In the Epsom Handicap.
