HIGH-CLASS FIELDS. GUINEAS DAT AT ROSEHIIX. SYDNEY, Sept. 19. In spite of the last-minute withdrawal of Beaulivre, a high-class field, including High Caste, Reading, Beau Vite and Mildura, will contest the Hill Stakes, to be run at the Rosehill Club's Red Cross meeting at Randwick on Saturday. Prominent Derby candidates will compete in the Rosehill Guineas. Beau Vite ran seven furlongs in 1.27% at Randwick to-day. Others who showed to advantage were Hope, Mildura, Mosaic, Tidal Wave. Flying Knight, Panchio, Buzalong and Reading. The last-named, ■looking in superb condition, worked convincingly. Beaupartir has not been working well and is under observation by a veterinary surgeon. Details of acceptances:— ROSEHILL GUINEAS of £1»5« and trophy. value £219; three-year-olds, nine furlongs.— His Lordship, Evergreen, Tidal Wave, Scientist. Our Barney, Trade Mark, Chstoona. Rimvell. Panchio, Pinero, Fearless Fox, Flying Knight. Lucrative, Pandect, 8.5. BILL STAKES ef £125t; welght-fw-are, with penalties and. allowances; one mile.—Mosaic, Mildura, Bourbon. St. Constant. 9.3; Reading. High Caste, Beau Vite, Buzalong, 9.0; Fur Trader. 7.12. For the Red Cross Cup of £500 and gold cup value £105, one mile, three furlongs and 30 yards, there were 15 acceptors, Including Landlaw, 9.0, and Yours Truly, 7.8. , For the A.I.F. Handicap, run over seven furlongs and 22',i yards, there tfere ten acceptors, the top-weight is Rexfelt, 8.8. Gladynev has 7.10. and Nightbcam 7.5. A. E. Ellis has been engaged to ride Early Bird In the Epsom Handicap.
