OBITUARY.

MB. 1 K WABin.

WELLINGTON, this day. The death has occurred in Wellington oi Mr. Skelly Maynard Warren, aged 66. Mr. Warren, who formerly lived in Pitcairn Island, was a great-grandson oo hie mother's side of Fletcher Christian, leader of the mutineers ot the Bounty. He was one of the finst Pitcairn Islanders to be presented to the King, in company with Mr. R. E. Christian, now living in Wellington. He took up residence in Xew Zealand with hie family eorne years ago, but his wife returned to Pitcairn Island a few months ago. He is survived by his wife and four daughters.
