DIVORCE GRANTED.
A petition by Arthur Edward Green (Mr. Robinson) for divorce from Ruby Eleanor Green (Mr. Schramm) on the ground of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights was granted by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court to-day. A decree nidi was granted, respondent to have custody of the younger of the two children of the marriage.
