LABOUR PARTY.
The annual meeting of the women's group of the Eden branch of the Labour party was held in St. Alban's Hall, Mrs. Semple presiding. The election of officers resulted in Mrs. Semple being returned as president. Mrs. McEvoy as vice-president, and Mrs. Snookes" as secretary-treasurer.
