REFORMERS AND THE NEW TAXATION.
It seems to me that much of the hectic criticism of the Government's Land and Income Tax Amendment Bill must prove highly enter: taurine to not a few people. What is hkcjy to tickle most is the spectacle of certain Reformers, noted for the Spartan fortituae with which they have always borne ""- troubles of tho" poor and unemployed, completely breaking down and going off the deeji end—with loud splashes—about the allege "hardships" , of large landowners. «•'*•
