BOXING.

TITLE FIGHT TO-NIGHT. HAY AND MACDONALD. There should be plenty of action all the time in the match between Artie Hay, of Hastings, and Lachie Macdonald, of Timaru, to be staged by the Northern Boxing Association in the Town Hall this evening. The fight, which is scheduled to go 15 three-minute rounds, is for the middleweight championship of New Zealand. Both men are fit and confident, and a fine contest is anticipated. The professional match will be preceded by a number of amateur bouts. MORGAN STOPS HUGHES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUXEDIN, Sunday.
