WAIKATO HUNT PROTEST. RESIGN FROM ASSOCIATION. (From Our Own Correspondent) CAMBRIDGE, Saturday, The committee of the Waikato Hunt have decided to resign from the Auckland Provincial Country Racing Clubs' Association as. a direct protest to the. attempt to evolve a scheme whereby the various district committees should have more effective control of racing in their respective racing districts, thereby interfering with the powers of the N.Z. Racing Conference, a body in which the Hunt has complete confidence. This resolution was carried at a meeting of the committee last night.
