MR. A. H. KITCHING.

Mr. Arthur H. Kitching died suddenly at Wellington yesterday afternoon, aged 50 years. He was well known in shipping circles, having been in charge of the Commonwealth and Dominion Line's agency "for Lloyd's. Previously he had charge for many years of the shipping department of Messrs. Bannatyne and Co., Ltd. Mr. Kitching was sitting in his motor car when he suddenly had a heart seizure. He was taken in an ambulance to the hospital, but death had taken place before he arrived at the institution. Mr. Kitching, who was born at Nelson, leaves a widow, three daughters and two sons.
