Nadir Khan Claims Victory Over Habibullah. ADVANCING ON KABUL. (United Service.) DELHI, September 20. General Nadir Khan, •formerly Afghan Minister in Paris, who is leading the revolt in Afghanistan, claims a spectacular victory at Tirah over the troops of Amir Habibullah Khan. It is believed ho is advancing on Kabul immediately. Meanwhile, Habibullah is not idle. With full knowledge of the increased support available, his enemies are adopting innumerable inducements to tribesmen to capture his leaders. The opposing forces are enduring iron discipline and great hardships. The British authorities are again experiencing the greatest difficulties in preventing tribesmen on the British side of the frontier from participating in the Afghan civil war.
