YOUNG MAN ARRESTED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) He HIX S single notes and when he had given away he announced his intention of going to the Post Office Savings Bank and drawing all he had there to bestow it upon the orphanages. The young man was taken into custody .and subsequently he was dee'artfd insane.
