YOUNG MAN ARRESTED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRIST CHURCH, Wednesday. was e ity and declaring that he was going to give all his money bLv^o? 001 ' a wcll : dresse d man, aged about 23 years, accosted several" of the women collecting for St. Saviour's Oxphanages this morning and placed £1 notes in theit boxes. He HIX S single notes and when he had given away he announced his intention of going to the Post Office Savings Bank and drawing all he had there to bestow it upon the orphanages. The young man was taken into custody .and subsequently he was dee'artfd insane.
