CAR DRIVER FINED

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.)

PAPAKURA, this day.

An accident that occurred at the corner of Great South Road and Waiuku Road,. Kunciman, on the evening of King's Birthday, in which a car proceeding to Waiuku ran into a motor cycle proceeding to Auckland along the Great South Road, cost the car driver, Dorset Hull, £T and costs £2 12/ for cutting a corner, when the case was heard in Court to-day. The magistrate said, after viewing the corner, it was quite clear to him that the car and cycle could not have got into the position described in the evidence if the car had kept to its proper side.
