After, the meeting this morning between Mr. Arthur Henderson, British Foreign Secretary, and M. Dovgalevsky, Soviet Envoy, at the British Foreign Office, the. following official statement waif issued: — "The conversation lasted for two hours. Mr. Henderson submitted to M. Dovgalevsky the rest of the subjects for discission and the method of procedure for subsequent negotiations was considered. It has been arranged that a f urtlier meeting will take place tomorrow at four o'clock."
