FIRES.
FARMHOUSE DESTROYED. The homestead of Mr. Robert Grant, on the Ngaruawahia-Taupiri Road, was destroyed by fire on Sunday night. The family escaped in their night attire. The insurances were £700 on the house and £300 on the furniture.
