Cabinet has been summoned for Wednesday. It is expected that Cabinet will be in session practically the whole day in view of the fact that Mr. MacDonald leaves on Friday night for Southampton to board the Berengaria for America.

.The Prime Minister will be away from England for about four weeks. The personnel of the, ' Prime Minister's party has not yet been finally completed, but in addition to Miss Ishbel MacDonald, it will include Lord Arnold, Sir Robert Vansittart, Mr. Mac Donald's principal private secretary, Miss Rosenberg, his personal private secretary, and Mr. Craigie, head of the American Department of the Foreign Oflice.

Lord Arnold is a close personal friend of the Prime Minister. He holds the oflice of Paymaster-General, but his fewDepartmental duties enable him to take a large share of the general work of the Government.
