The creditors in the bankrupt estate of John Percy Murray, builder, of Hamilton, decided to-day to accept an offer of £850 for property owned by bankrupt, and thus enable him to make an offer to his creditors of 15/ in the £. , , 4 i The Assignee commented on the state of bankrupt's books, which, he said, furnished no information. He expressed the opinion that there was no question of dishonesty.
