STAFF REORGANISATION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WANGANUI, this day. The Wanganui City Council last night held a special meeting to consider a motion to dispose of the services of the tramway engineer. The motion was defeated. A committee was set up to report in three weeks' time on the reorganisation of the staff. In tho meantime the committee will have the advantage of the special report of Mr. Cable, manager of the Wellington city tramways.
