Nathan and Trengrouse, Tooley Street, dated September 23, as follows:— Butter.—New Zealand, 182/ per cwt. No business doing. Cheese.—New Zealand, white and coloured, 93/ to 94/ per cwt. Firm. Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., have received the following cable from their London manager under date Septem'/er 21:—Butter: Prices unchanged. Anchor, 184/. Market quiet but firm. Deliveries New. Zealand 899 tons, stocks 6522 tons. Retail prices unchanged. Cheese: Slightly better demand. New Zealand white and coloured,' 93/ to 94/; Canadian white, 92/ to 93/; coloured, 93/ to 94/ spot, 94/.to 95/ c.i.f. Retail prices unchanged.
