CORNWALL CLUB
The Cornwall Club flew a race from Palmorston North on Saturday under ideal conditions, a fast close race resulting. Mr. J. Wilson's re Last Star, beating a field of r>l competitors (representing ten lofts) at the creditable velocity of 1042 yds per minute. Results.— Mr. J. Wilson's r c Last Star. 1642 yds 1 Mr. R. Wattam's b c c Southern Cross, 1630 yds 2 Mr. L. Bedford's blk hen Lady Toft, 1629 yds 3 Also flew: Mr. C. Young's b c Blue ■Streak. 1628 yds; Mrs. B. Rothery's entry, 1625vds : Mr. K. Fullerton's entry, 1622 yds ; Mr. A. Trembath's entry. 1611 yds; Mr. A. Clarke's entry. 1590 yds; Messrs Otto Bros.' entry 1487 yds.
