The Auckland Provincial Country Racing Clubs' Association adopted a recommendation that all clubs should minimise the issue of complimentary tickets.

A sub-committee was set up to confer with the Auckland District Committee with a view to evolving some scheme whereby district committees should have more effective control of racing in their districts.
