Smith, is president, to Starrett Brothers, for the construction of the world's highest office building on the site of the Wal-dorf-Astoria Hotel.

The -structure will be 1000 ft high, of 80 storey:-:, and will accommodate 50,000 office worker:-;. It is to be ready within two years.
