MAN CAUSES DISTURBANCE. FINED £5 OR A MONTH. 'Tin guilty to all three charges, but T don't remember anything about what happened," said Thomas Hart (41), who came before the Police Court this morning for being drunk in Parnell Road, procuring liquor while prohibited and interfering with the orderly conduct of a religious service in a church on Saturday evening.

Sub-Inspector McCarthy said accused had been before the Court on six previous occasions, the last time on September 2, -when he was dealt with for drunkenness and breach of his prohibition order. ,: 0n Saturday night he went into a church and kicked up a row, refusing to leave. On the last charge Hart was fined £5, in default one month's imprisonment.
