Victims Of Aggression Scheme Withheld. CONSIDERATION IN 1930. (Australian Press Assn. —United Servica) (Received 10 a.m.) GENEVA, September 18. The Third Committee decided to postpone till 1930 consideration of the draft convention for financial assistance to States menaced by aggression. They passed a resolution that ench a convention was closely bound up with the problems of the definition of aggressor, prevention of war and the reduction of armaments.
