NEW ANGLICAN CHURCH.

ERECTION AT WAIKINO. CONSECRATION CEREMONY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. The ceremony of consecrating the site of the new Anglican Church at Waikino was performed by the Archdeacon of Waikato, the Rev. E. M. Cowie, in the presence or a large gathering. Subsequently a meeting was held in the •Victoria Hall, where addresses were delivered >f>y Archdeacon Cowie, Canon Wayne, Vicar of St. John's, Waihi, and Mr. J. H. Banks, of Waikino. The church building is to be removed from Waitekauri to Waikino, and it will be re-erected by the end of November.
