AT GREAT BARRIER.
REMANDED ON SERIOUS CHARGE.
Having been arrested at the CI rent Barrier by Detective Sergeant Bickerdike, Robert William Bailey (50), a farmer, of Trvphena, appeared at the Police Court this morning upon a charge of carnally knowing a girl aged 13 years and 6 months. On tho application of Chief Detective Hammond' Bailey was remanded until October 11 on bail of
